Review priorities, material choices and proposed changes before moving forward. Clear communication helps you understand their effect on cost and timing.
04 — Agree on the scope from the start
The management fee, responsibilities, reporting and project duration are defined in the professional services proposal. Design, permits and specialist services are identified according to your project’s needs.
